Kimberly Clark Photo Action As you probably know Kleenex, and parent company Kimberly-Clark, support clearcuts in some of our last ancient forests including the North American Boreal Forest. For over two years Greenpeace members have emailed Kleenex Executives urging them to use recycled content instead of virgin forests but they have yet to improve environmental practices.
We are coming to you again for help. Don't just tell Kleenex what you think about ancient forest destruction – show them!
That's right, it's up to you to create a sign and take a picture. We've made it easy for you to either design your own poster or if you’re a parent/teacher you can download one of the suggested signs below and support our Kleenex Free Classrooms Project
Kleenex Free Schools - we have a few suggestion for you: Kleenex Doesn't Make The Grade (PDF) Kleenex: You're Suspended (PDF) Our Classroom Protects the Boreal Forest (PDF) Be sure to keep it clean, we'll be moderating the site for any offensive images. But that shouldn't stop you from being creative. So get to it!
Tips for taking a great photo:
Download one of the posters by clicking a link above or write your own message on a piece of paper in bold marker.
Be sure to hold your sign in the photo, this will help Kleenex to understand the message you’d like to send.
Include your face in the photo, we want Kleenex to see that you care enough to create a photo message. The photos with the most impact have a great sign and a great mugshot.
