A recent Senate vote has set the stage for plans to open the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil development. Allies of ExxonMobil managed to sneak a measure into the 2006 budget proposal that will allow drilling in the sanctuary. We must act now to protect this refuge, before this budget is approved. Please send a message to Congress, asking your senators and representatives to vote against ANY proposal that will jeopardize this home to caribou, bears, birds and other endangered wildlife.
