God Bless Greenpeace! You just hit close to home. I have lived on Lake Julian most of my life. My parents bought this land and started building in the early 50's. The power plant started construction in the mid 50's. You can imagine the changes surrounding our environment since. Like they said, "We operate on the limited requirements." Over the years I have observed allot of activity with their operations and I have a few issues with them. I have talked to several people from plant manager, engineers, other personnel at the at the plant,to the EPA and anyone I could get some answers from. To my surprise I realized I was getting different answers to the same questions from the authorities at the plant. It has been very frustrating. From what I have seen and heard they have some activities (they try to hide) which can be changed for the better. Thank-you Greenpeace! You have opened some eyes! Keep up the good work (but stay safe) We Need You! Hope to hear from you soon! Welcome to the neighborhood!
