I immigrated to the US from Scotland 9 years ago. I came here to
follow my American dream - greater freedoms, better standard and
cost of living and the opportunity to succeed in life. I became a
citizen last year and had the privilege of voting last year. I
voted for you - you seemed to be the voice of reason. The fresh
hope we all wished for. I hoped you would bring a new energy to
bring about change. Yet hundred year floods happen every year.
Tsunamis are becoming the norm. Drought and wildfires are plaguing our Southwest. Will you wait until Venice is submerged? Will you wait until drought means we cannot feed ourselves? Or will you bring about change? Stop talking - start acting - our Planet cannot wait.
