Hello. One of the reasons I joined Greenpeace is because I love animals, especially manatees, chinchillas, and polar bears. I want to save the environment because it is in peril. We are losing so many of our species from habitat loss, invasive species, poaching, polluting, and over harvesting. I want my grandchildren to see polar bears and to see the rainforests and all of the Earth's natural wonders, not just technological. I also wanted to join Greenpeace because I saw the movie 'Earth' and 'Wall-E'. I was moved into seeing how animals survive. I realized that I had to take action into saving our one and only home. In my English class, I wrote an essay on conserving energy. I want to save the Earth with my friends with Greenpeace as well. I love our planet and I hope you do too. I support President Obama and I want him to know this: Change these United States of America. How? Make our economy stronger, make our world healthier and happier, and please make our country eco-friendly. Tell other countries that now is othe only chance that we will get before it is too late. Thank you.
